WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and grow your own portfolio of client accounts across Construction, Manufacturing, and Financial Services
- Identify new business opportunities and turn cold conversations into long-term partnerships
- Own the full search process — screening resumes, running phone assessments, and vetting candidates against real client needs
- Get hands-on with sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter (yes, like the tool this job is posted on), email, InMail, and text campaigns
- Keep your pipeline sharp — clients, candidates, and prospects, all tracked and moving
WHAT YOU BRING
- A sales mindset and genuine competitive drive — you want to win
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for building rapport fast, with clients and candidates alike
- Goal-driven energy — you set targets and you hit them
- Recruiting experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll teach you the trade
- Bachelor's degree preferred
