- Manage renewals, remarketing, endorsements, claims, audits, billing, and cancellations
- Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through expert client consultation
- Act as a liaison with the COI Outsourcing Team and provide guidance to junior staff
- Use agency management systems (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate records and workflows
- Support the sales team through RFPs, stewardship reports, and post-renewal management
- 5 years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance account management
- Solid understanding of primary and ancillary commercial coverages
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance
- Familiar with underwriting, rating, and market placement strategies
- Real Estate experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Applied EPIC experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (significant experience may substitute)
- Professional designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) a plus
