About the Role
You will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence claims, from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and demand packages
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations and negotiate settlements
- Communicate directly with clients and medical providers
- Prepare cases for trial where necessary
Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
- Strong client-facing and case management skills
- Experience handling a high-volume caseload preferred
- Florida Bar admission required

Salary : $110,000 - $180,000
