Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings and conferences
- Advise insurers and clients on liability exposure and strategy
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance defence experience preferred but not required
- Strong case management and client communication skills
- Iowa Bar admission required
