About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to take an active role in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, working closely with clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conduct title and survey review and resolve related issues
- Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions and development projects
- Work with lenders on financing transactions and loan documentation
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to drive transactions forward
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Admitted to the Florida Bar (required)
Required Skills
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate agreements
- Familiarity with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
- Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously
