The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in renewable generation, traditional power/utility, or related regulated industries.
- Senior-level accounting and leadership experience.
- Ability to present to executives.
- Must be in Boston office 5 days a week (flexibility possible for exceptional candidates in nearby states).
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of gross margin accounting.
- Collaboration with business units on transactions and regulations.
- Developing and managing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Accounting/financial experience in US GAAP, IFRS, SEC, and FERC standards and in regulation, compliance, and monitoring.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
