What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of large mechanical projects from preconstruction through delivery
- Mentor & lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
- Negotiate contracts & change orders like a pro
- Keep projects on track: budgets, schedules, safety, quality
- Drive business growth by leveraging client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Ambitious Senior Project Managers ready to step into an executive role
- 12 years in mechanical construction/contracting with large projects under your belt
- Strong leadership & client-facing skills
- Financial savvy: forecasting, cost control, margins
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP, PE, LEED, or CCM certifications? Big plus!
