Duties
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Track freight movements and provide shipment updates
- Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouses, and carriers
- Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and load paperwork
- Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems
- Assist with load planning and dispatch support
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve service issues
- Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
- Support logistics and operations teams with daily administrative tasks
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is highly desirable
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international freight processes is a plus
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions for operational efficiency
