What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Construction Laborer position at Harrington Construction and Development LLC?
HCD LLC is looking to bring on a skilled construction worker with experience in one or more areas such as framing, roofing, siding, decks, or general carpentry.
This is a hands-on role working directly with the owner on a wide range of residential projects. I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and can contribute right away.
Scope of Work
Projects include:
- Framing & structural work
- Roofing & siding
- Deck builds and exterior work
- Interior work (drywall, flooring, trim, painting as needed)
- General construction from start to finish

Pay
$20 – $25/hour to start (based on experience and ability)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Full work days (hours vary by project)
