HCD LLC is hiring a dependable Construction Laborer / Apprentice. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided. We're looking for someone who wants to work, learn the trade, and grow into a long-term role.
You will be working directly with the owner on a variety of residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction (demo, framing, decking, siding, repairs)
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Use hand and power tools (training provided)
- Follow direction and help keep jobs running efficiently
Requirements
- Reliable and on time daily
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and able to take direction
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation required
Pay
$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and work ethic)
- Performance reviews at 30 and 90 days
- Raises based on performance
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical construction hours (start time varies by job)
