Automotive Parts Estimator – Growing Family-Owned Repair Shop
Location: Harrell’s Automotive, 990 S Bennett St
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

The Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Estimator to join our team. This key position will help drive business by accurately building repair estimates using our cutting-edge digital vehicle inspection (DVI) software. You’ll play a critical role in making sure our technicians have what they need, our customers fully understand their options, and our shop continues to run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Create accurate parts and repair estimates using our DVI software system
- Source and order automotive parts quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate repair timelines
- Communicate clearly with customers about parts and repair needs when necessary
- Contribute to a fast-paced, supportive, and customer-first work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience required:
- Prior experience at an automotive repair shop creating estimates OR
- Experience working at an auto parts store with strong parts knowledge
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and detail-oriented
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
