Randolph Packing Company (A Harpley's Company) is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Eviscerator to join our beef processing team. This position removes internal organs from carcasses while following proper processing techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Perform evisceration carefully to prevent contamination and maintain product quality.
· Use knives and other processing tools safely and effectively.
· Follow sanitation procedures and keep tools and work areas clean.
· Identify and report contamination, abnormalities, or equipment concerns immediately.
· Follow supervisor instructions and maintain the required production pace.
· Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all workplace safety rules.
Qualifications:
· Previous meat processing or evisceration experience preferred.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work.
· Ability to work around raw meat in a wet production environment.
· Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and willingness to work as part of a team.
· Ability to follow instructions and established food safety procedures.
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
