Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our meat processing team. General Labor employees assist with production operations, packaging, sanitation, product handling, and maintaining food safety and quality standards throughout the facility. This position works in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle and package products according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate basic production equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality and report issues.
- Lift, move, and stack products and materials
- Support sanitation and cleanup duties as assigned
- Wear required PPE and follow workplace safety procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, food production, or meat processing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and good attendance required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Work Environment
- Fast-paced production environment
- Exposure to production equipment, water, and cleaning chemicals
- PPE provided and required at all times
