We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on position working outdoors, maintaining residential pools and spas while building trusted relationships with customers.
What You'll Do
- Perform pool and spa maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, and water balancing
- Test water chemistry and add appropriate chemicals
- Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment
- Assist with seasonal pool openings and closings
- Troubleshoot basic pool equipment issues
- Educate customers on pool care and water chemistry
- Maintain accurate service notes and communicate with the office team
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Pool experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person

Job Type: Full-time / Seasonal Pay: $18 – $28 per hour depending on experience - starting training pay $15.50 Location: Zionsville / Carmel area Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work during peak season.
Pay: $15.50 - $35.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pool Cleaners & Technicians: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $16 - $35
