Overview
A leading global apparel manufacturer is seeking an
experienced Marketing Director to lead its U.S. marketing and creative
teams.
This role will oversee brand strategy, campaign
development, and digital marketing initiatives, while serving as a key
liaison with the company’s headquarters in Korea.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual marketing leader (Korean/English) with a strong understanding of Korean corporate culture, U.S. consumer trends, and a proven ability to lead both marketing and
design teams in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with global
objectives and resonate with U.S. consumers.
- Ensure
brand consistency across all channels — retail, digital, PR, and event
marketing.
- Lead
planning and execution of seasonal and product-specific campaigns tailored for the U.S. market.
- Oversee trade show strategy and execution, including booth design, brand
storytelling, and event coordination.
- Drive
performance in e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and paid
digital campaigns.
- Analyze
market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform strategy
and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage
marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI across
campaigns.
- Lead
and mentor a team of marketing associates and graphic designers, fostering
creativity and accountability.
- 10–15
years of progressive marketing experience in apparel, fashion, or
lifestyle brands.
- Fluent
in Korean and English (spoken and written) — required.
- Experience
working with or within Korean corporate culture.
- Proven
leadership experience managing both marketing and design teams.

- Strong
understanding of the U.S. apparel, retail, and e-commerce markets.
- Expertise
in trade show management, digital marketing, and brand development.
- Excellent
strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
skills.
- Willingness
to travel (20% ).
