A fast-growing, venture-backed consumer brand in the food and beverage space is looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join its team. Known for building a category-defining product with strong retail and direct-to-consumer momentum, the company is scaling rapidly across multiple channels and investing heavily in operational excellence.

The Role
This role sits at the center of day-to-day operations, supporting inventory management, logistics coordination, production planning, and purchasing workflows. You’ll play a critical role in keeping systems accurate, inventory flowing, and partners aligned.
Ideal for someone early in their career, this position offers significant ownership and cross-functional visibility, with the chance to build foundational processes and grow alongside the business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple sales channels, including retail, eCommerce, and third-party marketplaces
- Track product movement, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy across warehouses and fulfillment partners
- Coordinate closely with third-party logistics providers to manage inbound shipments, outbound orders, and special projects
- Monitor stock levels and proactively flag risks such as low inventory or aging product
- Support production and co-manufacturing schedules by coordinating materials, timelines, and inventory availability
- Assist with purchase order creation, vendor follow-ups, and packaging inventory tracking
- Maintain clean and accurate data within internal systems (ERP, inventory tools, etc.)
- Help manage product launches, including coordination of materials, packaging, and quality control processes
- Prepare operational updates and contribute to regular cross-functional and partner meetings
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Exposure to inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Experience working with external partners such as logistics providers or manufacturers
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
What We’d Like to See (Bonus)
- Experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with retail and wholesale distribution requirements and compliance standards
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cin7, or similar)
- Exposure to direct-to-consumer platforms and marketplace operations
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving systems and processes
Package: $80,000 - $100,000
