The Client
Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, institutionally backed food brand that is redefining an entire category. Their high-protein product delivers on both nutrition and taste, and in a little over a year they have gone from local grocery shelves to a nationwide retail footprint spanning thousands of doors, with significant further expansion already in motion. This is a lean, fast-moving team at a pivotal moment of scale, and operational excellence is central to the next stage of their growth.
The Role
Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with senior leadership, the Operations Analyst will contribute across supply chain, order fulfillment, procurement, and production planning within the company's co-packer network. The mandate is clear: take what exists, optimize it, and build the scalable systems that support growth from roughly $5m to $50m in revenue. This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who wants ownership early and a fast route to advancement in a scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment.
- Process and monitor EDI transactions, including POs, invoices, ASNs, and deductions.
- Help build and cultivate the business operations tech stack from the ground up.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs.
- Build and run critical operational reports such as OTIF, Weeks of Supply, and distributor performance.
- Create and submit accurate, on-time customer invoices, and resolve shortages, chargebacks, and deductions.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate item, pricing, and customer setup data across systems.
- Support retailer launches, promotions, and inventory planning, partnering with demand planning to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Essential Experience
- 2 years in CPG operations, customer logistics, supply chain, sales operations, or a related field.
- Highly analytical, with strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and operational systems.
- Exceptionally organized, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, distributors, warehouse partners, and internal teams.
- A genuine startup mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves and build.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with major retailers, distributors, or grocery supply chains.
- Proficiency with AI tools to drive efficiency and process improvement.
Package: $85,000 - $100,000 bonus benefits (401k, health insurance)
