• Welcome clients and assist with check-in

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments

• Verify insurance and client information

• Collect co-payments and process payments

• Assist with medical records and administrative tasks

• Maintain office supplies and support daily operations

• Work closely with clinical and administrative staff

• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous medical or behavioral health office experience preferred

• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

• Strong computer, data-entry, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office

• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented approach

• A genuine desire to help others and create a positive client experience
