Role Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will drive financial planning, analysis, and performance management across operating entities. This role owns financial close review, budgeting/forecasting, operational KPIs, margin analysis, cash flow improvement, and executive/investor reporting. It partners closely with operations leadership and the executive team to translate operational activity into clear, data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial close, trends in AP/AR, job costing, and accruals
- Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range models
- Own operational KPIs including utilization, job margin, and cost management
- Drive margin improvement, cash flow, and working capital initiatives
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reporting packages for leadership and PE sponsors
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
- 5 years of FP&A or operational finance experience in a high-growth or PE-backed environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills with strong financial modeling and forecasting ability
- Experience in multi-entity or service-based industries (preferred)
- Proactive, analytical, and able to influence without authority
