Role Overview
The Senior Corporate Accountant will own full-cycle accounting processes across a multi-entity platform, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and M&A integration. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical accounting skills and the ability to operate independently while contributing to scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own general ledger accounting, journal entries, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities
- Independently execute accurate month-end close processes
- Prepare and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and variance analysis
- Support annual audit, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting
- Assist with acquisition integration, opening balance sheets, and process standardization
Ideal Profile
- 5 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA preferred
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
- Hands-on ERP experience (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Dynamics preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
