- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior internship experience in related fields.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical skills.
- 5 years of experience in an engineering capacity.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
