Investigate customer problems and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Own the design, prototyping, and validation of bespoke solutions.
Develop Build to Print packages for scaled production and conduct cost analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing teams to guide product development.
Communicate findings and influence engineering teams through reports and presentations.
Investigate new design and manufacturing technologies for product improvement.
Manage multiple projects and priorities across customer teams.
4 years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
Experience leading new product introduction (NPI) teams.
Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and releasing Build to Print packages for manufacturing.
