- 15 years of software industry experience, including systems or hardware engineering.
- 10 years of people management experience.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and leading a technical program management organization.
- Knowledge of software development processes and ML/AI technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
