- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Current CNA certification in the state of Kentucky
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- You are compassionate, patient, and attentive
- You enjoy building relationships with residents and coworkers
