Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and driven Bilingual Construction Recruiter to recruit, place, and support skilled trades employees in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and understands the importance of matching quality talent with the right opportunities.

In this role, you will partner closely with our operations and sales teams to fill open job orders, maintain communication with employees in the field, and help ensure a positive workforce experience from onboarding through assignment completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place qualified skilled trades candidates for commercial projects
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens and interviews evaluating experience
• Maintain relationships with field employees through regular communication and jobsite follow-up
• Coordinate onboarding activities including hiring documentation, and orientation
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to fill client job orders
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Maintain candidate and employee records within the company database
• Assist with additional recruiting, administrative, and branch support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous recruiting, staffing, or construction industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction trades such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC, sheet metal, carpentry, concrete, or general labor
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using databases, spreadsheets, and recruiting software
• Ability to communicate with employees, customers, and internal teams at all levels
