Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical drawings and blueprints, as well as hands-on experience with pipe bending and running MC cable. This role involves working on various commercial and/or residential projects, ensuring all electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Install, bend, and secure electrical conduit (EMT, RMC, etc.) to code using hand or hydraulic benders
- Run and terminate MC (Metal-Clad) cable in various environments
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment
- Perform wire pulls, box installations, and panel terminations
- Adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code), local electrical codes, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Accurately document work and report progress to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of electrical apprenticeship program preferred
- Valid Electrician’s license or journeyman certification (as required by local/state law)
- 2 years of experience in commercial or residential electrical work
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficient in pipe bending techniques and using benders (hand, Chicago, etc.)
- Skilled in installing and routing MC cable
- Familiar with tools, materials, and methods used in electrical installations
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces)

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
