HardHat National Accounts is hiring an experienced Estimator for a project located in Chandler/Phoenix Arizona region. We are paying up to $45/hour for this position, locals only, no per diem. We can be reached by directly calling/texting 713.491.4703`
Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
- Performs basic estimating functions.
- Knowledge of cabling standards
- Maintain bid request logs, bid status, and pipeline reports.
- Provide timely quotes for small projects.
- Provide weekly reports to management, such as indicator package.
- Attend meetings as requested.
- Support Sr. Estimator as needed
Education and Experience-not limited to the following:
- Basic understanding of structured cabling designs
- Floor plans/Blueprints to perform takeoffs involving cable and fiber
- RFP's
- Quotes as requested
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN topology or quick learner
- Knowledge of cabling standards or quick learner
- proficient with MS Windows suite of software, i.e., MS Word, Outlook, email etc.
