HardHat is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager for work located in the Chandler,Phoenix & surrounding Arizona areas. Pay is up to $50 /hourly-locals only at this time.

Responsibilities, not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to create comprehensive system designs and schematics.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize Prolog and ProCore for project documentation, tracking progress, and managing communications.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets for projects.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of system design principles related to electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in construction management within the electrical sector.
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints for electrical systems.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques.
- Experience using Prolog and ProCore software for project management tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in construction estimating processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
