This position requires, at minimal to have experience supporting project execution through on-site technical coordination, quality control, and communication between field operations, engineering, and project management teams

Pay is up to $85K/annually and is based upon experience.
REQUIREMENTS, NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Provide daily field coordination and project support to the Project Manager and Superintendent.
- Assist in reviewing, interpreting, and communicating project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform field layout, quantity takeoffs, as-built documentation, and manage survey data.
- Verify that construction activities comply with plans, specifications, and quality-control standards.
- Maintain accurate field records, including daily reports, photos, and equipment logs.
- Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews regarding scope, expectations, and progress.
- Translate technical discussions, instructions, and documentation between English and Korean to ensure clarity and alignment across the project team.
- Assist with safety audits, toolbox talks, and on-site compliance inspections.
- Support schedule tracking and coordination of materials, equipment, and logistical needs.
- Identify design inconsistencies or field issues, report them promptly, and help develop practical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, inspectors, and engineers as needed to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to transform strategic concepts into executable technology initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Create and uphold a governance framework that promotes predictability, accountability, and transparent progress reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enhanced decision-making.
- Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities across estimating, operations, finance, HR, and equipment management.
- Oversee enterprise-wide integrations spanning ERP, estimating, project management, field operations, HR, safety, equipment, and business-intelligence systems.
- Drive automation efforts to eliminate duplicate data entry and manual spreadsheet tracking.
- Work with IT to ensure all systems comply with cybersecurity and CMMC standards.
- Develop cohesive dashboards and reporting structures that unify financial, operational, and equipment data.
- Support the creation of a Virtual Command Center that provides real-time insights into project performance, equipment utilization, and overall business health.
- Enable predictive analytics for proactive risk identification, workforce planning, and resource forecasting.
- Promote the adoption of Power BI and other visualization tools to improve organization-wide data accessibility.
- Analyze current workflows, identify redundancies, and implement streamlined, SaaS-optimized processes.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to improve user adoption and system proficiency.
- Establish internal “system champions” within each department to sustain long-term engagement and adoption.
- Apply Lean principles and change-management methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with software vendors and technology partners to develop tailored solutions.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new platforms based on operational requirements and ROI expectations.
- Negotiate scopes of work and oversee implementations to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
