What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pesticide Crew Member position at HARBOUR RIDGE?
Job Summary: Assist the Pesticide Foreman in the application of proper chemicals needed to treat the landscape grounds, residential lawns, the club, common areas, trees, shrubs and ornamentals from insects, weeds and fungus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Ensure necessary pesticide programs are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the supervisor.
- Perform required clean up on chemical storage areas, spray rigs and other related equipment.
- Posses the ability to be flexible to assist other crews for completion of job duties.
- Record proper reports and logs of chemical applications, locations, times and amounts applied.
- Observe and report any safety issues as necessary.
Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:
- Conduct the day-to-day operations of the Grounds Maintenance department in a business-like, ethical and professional manner.

- Maintain good working relationship with club members, employees and all customers.
- Posses the ability to follow supervisor’s instructions for safety habits and proper chemical distribution.
