Job Summary: Responsible for all event set-ups including but not limited to: buffet set up, event and stage set up, meeting and social event set up, and catered parties. Organize the storage room; communicate needs for repair of broken club furniture. Be available at all times via radio during shift so that set-ups, changes and immediate needs can be addressed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Arrange meeting set-up on a daily basis, providing water and coffee for members.
- Arrange room set-up on a daily basis for dining and special events.
- Report to all radio calls from managers or staff members.
- Check for light bulb replacement in the clubhouse on a daily basis.
- Set-up buffets on a daily basis.
- Arrange room set-up for weekly Bridge and social activities as needed.
- Organize all equipment and storage room on a weekly basis.
- Tighten and repair loose tables and chairs in dining rooms.
- Deliver food and beverage to HR Tennis facility.
- Check function and activity sheets in mailbox daily to accommodate additional changes in location and time.
- Available to assist in valet parking & food running weekly if needed during shift

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
