Busser

Job Summary: Responsible to assist the servers in all areas of the dining room needs. Prepare tables and attend to guests for each course of their meals. Set tables for next reservation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Prepare and bake bread for service.
2. Prepare all tables for service; set out butter, water glasses, and proper silverware.
3. Prepare service stations and bar with ice and proper glassware.
4. Prepare dining room with replacement linens, napkins, silverware, and glassware
5. Greet all guests; provide bread and water to all occupied tables
6. Assist servers and food runners throughout shift; clear plates after each course and assist in serving courses.
7. Carry soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen; break down trays and glassware in the dishwasher station.
8. Wipe down tables and chairs for next service; clean and maintain service trays.
9. Remove all garbage from wait stations; clean and line all trash and recycling containers.
10. Sweep and mop service areas, carpets, and floors throughout dinner service.
11. Remove all dirty linens and bring to designated area.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
