Our Team is actively hiring a Sales Team Member for our AT&T Fiber campaign. We are seeking motivated and professional individuals who are eager to develop their sales and marketing skills while working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Team Member :
- Greet customers, respond to inquiries promptly, and deliver a professional customer experience.
- Support the Sales Team Member team in meeting/exceeding business goals by recommending AT&T products, upselling strategically, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with management on administrative tasks such as inventory updates, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.
- Represent AT&T at promotional events and trade shows, reinforcing the Sales Team Member role in building visibility and customer engagement.
- As a Sales Team Member, help identify sales trends, contribute to team targets, and attend training sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Provide ongoing support to customers and colleagues, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency as a Sales Team Member.
