We are a business consulting firm where customer experience is at the center of everything we do. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll represent the AT&T Fiber campaign by helping customers understand available services, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable support throughout their experience. Through hands-on training, you'll become familiar with AT&T Fiber products while developing valuable communication, customer service, and account support skills.
As an AT&T Team Member, you'll work directly with customers to explain available services, confirm eligibility, assist with account-related questions, and help ensure each interaction is informative, professional, and personalized.
Core Functions of the AT&T Team Member
- Explain AT&T Fiber products, features, and available service options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist customers with account-related requests, service information, and eligibility verification.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop product knowledge, strengthen customer communication skills, and support daily team objectives.
- Support local outreach initiatives and promotional campaigns that increase community awareness of AT&T Fiber services.
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience while identifying solutions that best align with each customer's needs.
Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
