POSITION: Billing Clerk
REPORTS TO: Location Supervisor

- Data Entry
- Maintaining Reports (updating information, running reports, etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Entering finals by adding any additional parts, weld, labor onto data reporting
- Customer service, handling inquiries, incoming requests
- Additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in MS Office,
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Teams and internet savvy
- Computer Proficiency
- Must be a team player
- 50 WPM is required
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work constantly
- Must be punctual, dependable and possess discretion
- Flexible and able to meet multiple deadlines
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and excellent follow up skills
- Have excellent communication skills, eager to learn, and be able to handle a variety of tasks
