Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to support large-scale engineering and capital projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. In this hybrid role, you'll partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and performance reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables against baseline plans.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays, cost variances, and project risks.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and executive-level project status updates.
• Support earned value management (EVM), cost-to-complete analysis, and resource forecasting.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and finance to provide accurate project reporting.
• Track contract values, scope changes, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure billing and invoicing align with project progress and contractual milestones.
• Support continuous improvement of project controls processes, reporting, and scheduling standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project controls, project scheduling, cost engineering, or financial analysis.
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, schedule management, and earned value management.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other capital project environments is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
