Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
- Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documents
- Inspect, test, and adjust machinery and automated systems as needed
- Support equipment calibration and functionality checks
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams to maintain efficient production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately and on time
Preferred Background
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, automation, or equipment repair
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with PLCs, motors, sensors, conveyors, controls, or automated equipment is a plus
- Experience using hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- 1 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility environment
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working around industrial equipment
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed
- PPE required in designated areas
Salary : $23 - $27
