Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and other outreach methods
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and activities in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior outbound calling, sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required
