Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
- Develop strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Assist in scheduling meetings and demos for senior sales team members
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology solutions to communicate value propositions clearly and confidently
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
