Floor Supervisor (Adult Day Facility)

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Floor Supervisor for our Adult Day Facility to oversee the daily operations and ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our clients. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of direct care staff and coordinating activities to support the well-being and independence of our clients.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the needs of adults with disabilities or aging populations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and support direct care staff in providing person-centered care to clients
- Develop and implement daily schedules and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Monitor the safety and security of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments and external providers to meet the diverse needs of clients
- Document client progress and incidents accurately and timely
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance

**Work Schedule:**
