**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide physical assistance and support to individuals as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with disabilities in daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of each person
- Document and report any changes in individuals' behavior or health to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for each individual
**Additional Requirements:**
- CPR and First Aid certification*
- Must pass a background check*
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
