Role Description
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Park Ridge, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring a superior customer experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will manage client communication via phone, email, or chat, provide accurate information about the program, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to address participant needs. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or as a Customer Service Representative
- Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer needs
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sensitive or complex situations
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
