Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, molar root canal, crown and bridge, wisdom extractions, removables
- Diagnose and present thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans with a focus on long-term oral health
- Take the time to educate patients and build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency
- Deliver high-quality clinical care with attention to detail and patient comfort
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure a seamless and personalized patient experience
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using OPEN DENTAL
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active California dental license in good standing
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Minimum five years working experience required
- Strong clinical judgement with a comprehensive, patient-first approach to care
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable chair-side manner
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high productive work, high-quality standard of care
- A long-term mindset with interest in growing within the practice
