We are a fee-for-service private dental practice in Torrance seeking a long-term Associate General Dentist who is committed to delivering exceptional, relationship-based care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, crown and bridge, extractions, implants, all-on-x, removables
- Diagnose and present thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans with a focus on long-term oral health
- Take the time to educate patients and build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency
- Deliver high-quality clinical care with attention to detail and patient comfort
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure a seamless and personalized patient experience
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using Dentrix
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active California dental license in good standing
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment with a comprehensive, patient-first approach to care
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable chairside manner
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a non-rushed, high-quality standard of care
- A long-term mindset with interest in growing within the practice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
