Server/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality presentation of dishes.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
• Experience in food handling and understanding of food safety regulations.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
