This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Houston, TX office. The Sales Manager will lead and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, build and nurture client relationships, and expand market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Proven sales and business development expertise, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Technical knowledge of turbo machinery, energy solutions, and power generation systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is preferred.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and effective time management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees and prior experience in the energy or turbo machinery industry are advantageous.
- Availability to travel as necessary to meet client and business needs.
