In this role, you will be responsible for generating profitable bus sales within your assigned territory while building strong customer relationships and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

What You’ll
- Do Develop new sales opportunities for commercial and transit buses
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with current and prospective customers
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and phone outreach to drive business
- Manage and track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity within the company CRM
- Represent A-Z Bus Sales at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery
- Support the development of sales and marketing strategies within your territory
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, market trends, and customer needs
- Uphold company Core Values and comply with all policies and procedures.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets
- Successfully move and sell stock inventory
- Maintain an accurate and active CRM pipeline
- Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery through vendor coordination

Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Flexibility required for extended hours or occasional weekends
- Travel throughout assigned territory, including overnight travel for trade shows and OEM meetings

Education and Experience:
•10 years professional sales experience.
•Bus, medium/heavy truck or heavy-large equipment or related component sales experience.
•Maintenance of an acceptable drivingrecord.
•Computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – focus in ExcelPreferred .
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’sdegree
•CRM/Netsuiteexpert.
•Valid Non-Commercial Driver License Class B
