Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. In this role, you will support Territory Sales Managers and drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships and managing sales processes across your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage proposals and quotes by collaborating with Territory Sales Managers and OEM partners
- Support territory growth by developing relationships with existing customers and generating new sales opportunities
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to support bid development, cooperative purchasing, and proposal processes
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline, leads, and opportunities using Salesforce
- Update and manage customer data and reporting in Salesforce on a routine basis
- Monitor and review key performance metrics including sales, gross profit, and inventory
- Communicate competitive insights and market trends to support sales strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Warranty, and Parts teams
- Participate in meetings, trade shows, and ongoing sales activities
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of professional sales experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and interpersonal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in vehicle or equipment sales
- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of sales and gross profit targets
- Effective management and utilization of Salesforce pipeline
- Contribution to aged inventory reduction
Work Environment & Schedule
- Office-based role with regular customer and team communication
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional extended hours and weekend work as needed
- Periodic overnight travel for trade shows and meetings
