Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Vendor Contracts Coordinator to support a fast-paced Information Systems team.
This role supports the acquisition, negotiation, and renewal of IT vendor contracts while maintaining critical vendor databases and ensuring accuracy across contract records. You’ll work closely with leadership, vendors, and internal teams to support contract operations and reporting in a high-visibility environment.
This role is hybrid, 3 days/week in Columbia, SC.
What You’ll Do
• Support acquisition, negotiation, and renewal of IT vendor contracts
• Maintain and update vendor contract databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review and analyze vendor agreements, ensuring proper structure and documentation
• Perform quality checks on contract data and correct discrepancies
• Coordinate vendor registrations and assist IT Payables with required documentation
• Create and maintain reports for leadership on contract activity and status
• Collaborate with negotiation teams, leadership, and vendors to support contract lifecycle
• Develop and document processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Train and support team members on tools and processes
What You’ll Need
• Experience in project coordination, vendor management, or related work
• Experience supporting contracts, legal, or procurement functions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including working with leadership
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
