What You’ll Do
Respond to customer requests for technical support using approved tools and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues; document all customer interactions
Identify potential or recurring problems and escalate to higher-level support when needed
Complete routine administrative tasks and contribute to process documentation
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to provide basic technical guidance and informal training
Understanding of common technical issues within a business environment
Proficient with commonly used computer applications and systems
Preferred: 1 year of technical call center experience
